Experiencing sensory/shaking on the phone?

The app is designed to stop your training when it detects excessive shaking during exercises. This is a safety feature that helps prevent falls during exercises that may challenge your balance. Sometimes, the sensor that detects shaking can be overly sensitive and cause the exercise to stop unnecessarily.

 

Below is an image showing what the message will look like and some steps on what you can do if it comes up on your screen.

 

 

When this happens, you can choose to "Re-start this exercise" if you feel comfortable and safe doing so. However, if you do not feel comfortable, you can choose to "Go to next exercise".
