Nymbl app troubleshooting- Experiencing technical difficulties?

 

If you are experiencing minor technical issues in the app, we recommend following these steps:

 

Force-close the Nymbl app:

 

On Android: Go to the app switcher or recent apps screen and swipe away the Nymbl app to close it.


On iOS: Double-click the home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen (if you have an iPhone X or later) to access the app switcher. Then, swipe left or right to find the Nymbl app and swipe it up or off the screen to force-close it.

 

If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app:

 

On Android: Go to the device's settings, find the "Apps" or "Applications" section, locate Nymbl, and tap on "Uninstall". Then, go to the Google Play Store, search for Nymbl, and install it again.


On iOS: Tap and hold the Nymbl app icon until it starts jiggling, then tap the "x" icon in the corner to delete it. After that, go to the App Store, search for Nymbl, and reinstall it.


If you continue to experience issues after force-closing and reinstalling the app, please email our support team at support@nymbl.com so that we can investigate further. Please provide detailed information about the issue, any error messages you may have encountered, and the device and operating system version you are using.
