Would you like a reminder to do your Nymbl training?
Nymbl’s friendly reminders are a great way to help build a habit when it comes to your balance training. Reminders can be set to fit any schedule that works best for you.
To set up training reminders on your device, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Welcome" screen on your Nymbl app and click on the person icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
2. In the "General Settings" section, select "Notifications".
3. Accept the prompt to "Allow Notifications".
4. Select "Training Reminders" and toggle the switch to enable reminder details.
5. Tap the time to change the time of day you want to receive reminders.
6. Choose any combination of days or the “Every day” button.
7. Select "Save" button to save your changes and you are all set!
Please note
- We recommend training at least 3 times per week.
- You can train any day and any time outside of your reminder times.
- In order for reminders to work, you will need to give permission for Nymbl to use the notifications on your device. To do this, please try going into your Settings on your device, then into Notifications, and make sure the Notifications are turned on for the Nymbl Training App.
Need to change your reminders?
If you ever need to change your reminder settings, just follow the above steps and make your needed changes to the time of day and days of the week. Don't forget to save your changes and you are all set!
