Do You Have the Latest Version of our Nymbl Training app?
At Nymbl, we are always working to improve the app experience for our members. This means we often release new versions of our app that might have bug fixes, new games and/or exercises, or more educational content.
In order to have the latest updates, it is important that you have the newest release of the Nymbl app. Below are a few simple steps you can follow to check for new updates.
Option 1: Force-close the Nymbl app:
When you force-close an app, the app will first update itself when you reopen it if an update is available.
On Android: Go to the app switcher, recent apps screen, or swipe up from the bottom and swipe away the Nymbl app to close it.
On Apple: Double-click the home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen (if you have an iPhone X or later) to access the app switcher. Then, swipe left or right to find the Nymbl app and swipe it up or off the screen to force-close it.
Option 2: Manually update the Nymbl app:
Make sure the steps below are done from the device that already has the Nymbl Training app downloaded.
On Android: Open the Google Play store app by clicking this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.b4g.nymbl&hl=en
If an update is available, you will see a green label "Update Available" instead of "OPEN" that you need to click to update the app.
On Apple: Go to the App Store by clicking this link: https://itunes.apple.com/app/nymbl-balance-training/id1155575069
If an update is available, you will see a blue label "Update" instead of "OPEN" that you need to click to update the app.
