Setting up Nymbl after changing or resetting devices

Did you get a new device and need Nymbl back on there? 

 

Sometimes you have to switch to a new device or you end up having to reset your device for various reasons. When that happens we want to ensure you are able to keep up with your Nymbl training. 

 

Make sure you have Nymbl properly set up on your smart device by following these simple steps below:

 

 

1. Download Nymbl and log on.

 

  • For help downloading Nymbl you can view the article we have here: How to Download Nymbl
  • If you have trouble logging on after downloading Nymbl, please send us an email to support@nymblscience.com and we will send you a code so you can get back into your account.

 

2. If you had notifications set up in your previous device, you will have to make sure to set these up again.

 

 

3. Keep your Nymbl app updated for the best experience.
