I got the message "We're sorry we are having trouble finding you." - Why am I getting this message?

 

Here are a few reasons you may have received this message:

  • There may be an error in either your first or last name or your date of birth. Kindly review the information and attempt again.

  • We may be having trouble verifying your eligibility. Please read below to find out who is eligible to join Nymbl.

 

Who is eligible to join Nymbl?

 

Eligibility Requirements:

 

  • Nymbl is available to older adults through selected Medicare Advantage health and life insurance plans in the U.S
  • Nymbl is available to older adults in the Greater Denver Metro Area through DRCOG ages 60+
  • New Zealand residents also have access to Nymbl through New Zealand’s injury prevention provider ages 50+
