How Often Can You Exercise?
You can find some information below to help you use Nymbl to suit your needs.
How many exercises are there per training session?
Each training level will have a different set of exercises. To provide a safe and comfortable training, the number of exercises in each session will change depending on the specific training level.
For example, if you are on an easy level you might see 7 exercises for your training sessions like in the image below. On the other hand, if you are on a challenging level you will see a lower number of exercises.
Can I complete more than one training session a day?
Yes! If you feel comfortable after a training session and would like to complete another one, you can train a second time that day.
To do this, go to your "Balance" program screen and select the button "Train a second time" located at the bottom of the screen.
How many times a week do I have to exercise?
The Nymbl app allows you to set a training goal that best fits you. You are welcome to train less or to train more than your goals.

If any exercise causes you pain or discomfort, we encourage you to either substitute to any exercise you are comfortable with or you can skip it altogether.
